META Quest

What is META Quest?

The ecosystem governing play rewards and more within the META ARENA world has triggered Meta Quest to facilitate the migration of more players and Avatars into the META ARENA world.

The accumulated $META at the contract address managed by the ecosystem, specifically at address 0x7505b20df504d0ac2355a2fe51b57d1418c944d8, is exchanged for META and distributed to the META ARENA game world in block units. Assemble teams with Avatars you summon and compete with other players to collect META! The collected META can be exchanged for $META through the Exchange supported on the website.

Key elements of the META Quest

To form a Meta Quest team, you need a Worker responsible for various team tasks, such as moving Avatars and precious META, and creating a base camp.

Avatar

The avatar is the starting point of the META Quest. Without the avatar, the META Quest party will not be formed. If you join your avatar in the META Quest party, you will automatically participate in the META Quest.

You can have up to 5 avatars in the party, and if you meet the preset buff conditions, you can increase your total CP by applying bonus effects.

The avatars participating in the party can be changed at any time, but the same class cannot be duplicated. For example, if tank and supporter classes are placed, tanks and supporters will not appear in the selection list when additional avatars are placed.

Preset Buff

You can make a total of 48 preset buffs by combining classes and properties.

The preset buff bonus directly affects the detailed stats (ATK, DEF, STA) of the avatar. Therefore, players can think about combinations to highlight the strengths of their avatars and intend to gradually increase the buff.

Instead of placing the avatar yourself, you can simulate it in the master book and check the list of recommended preset buffs suitable for placement.

Worker

While Avatars possess excellent abilities that play a crucial role in team formation, hiring diligent workers can further enhance the team's collection capabilities.

Native workers living in the META ARENA world always need META for their livelihood. If players provide a modest 0.1% compensation, the workers will diligently work as long as the team is maintained. Worker compensation is paid at the time of hiring and firing, and the compensation given to the workers is used as 100% of their living expenses and burned. For example, if you hire a worker for 1,000 META, 1 META, which is 0.1%, is paid to the worker and burned, and 999 workers are hired. Later, if you fire 500 workers for various reasons, 0.5 META, which is 0.1%, is paid to the workers, and you receive 499.5 META back.

(Optional) Extra Energy

Avatars summoned into the META ARENA world respond to Extra Energy, resulting in increased abilities and effective communication of the player's intentions.

If players provide sufficient Extra Energy, their Avatars will exhibit up to 150% of their abilities in Meta Quests and future added content. Of course, even without Extra Energy, Avatars will perform at 100% capacity.

The amount of Extra Energy required for Avatars to exhibit 150% of their abilities and the amount consumed by Avatar actions depend on the total CP of Avatars placed in contents. High-rank Avatars with exceptional abilities may have higher requirements and consumption.

For example, if Bob places three Avatars with a total CP of 6,000 in Meta Quest, the 150% efficiency will be applied from 1,200 Energy or more, which is 20% of the total CP of 6,000. When Bob takes actions like changing Avatars or picking up (collecting) META, 12 Energy, which is 0.2% of the total CP of 6,000, will be consumed.

Currently, Extra Energy can only be charged with META, and requires 20 META for each Energy charge. External Energy used for charging is sent to the respective world and burned.

How to proceed with the META Quest

Avatar Placement

When you deploy one of the Avatars you have summoned or purchased from the market, a Meta Quest begins, and you can deploy up to five Avatars. Placing high-rank Avatars with a significant amount of CP allows you to collect more META compared to other teams.

※ The same class cannot be deployed redundantly. For instance, if a Tank and Support class are already deployed, when adding another Avatar, Tank and Support will not appear from the selection list.

※ If the player is using Extra Energy, no Extra Energy is consumed when deploying additional Avatars during the quest's starting point for one hour.

Preset Buff

Similar to the preset buff combinations, deploying Avatars applies preset buffs. Applying buffs increases the detailed attributes (ATK, DEF, STA) of the deployed Avatars, resulting in higher CP.

Worker

After Avatar deployment, players can use their META to hire workers who assist Avatars. If you want to collect more META than other players, consider hiring workers. The number of workers hired can be changed while maintaining the team.

Collecting META

Avatars and workers collect META every second. To send the collected META to the player's game account, the Avatars need to be commanded to pick up META.

META Pickup

The player's can receive the accumulated META collected by the team. If Extra Energy is being used, Extra Energy is consumed based on the abilities of the deployed Avatars when picking up META. Afterward, for one hour, no energy is consumed during Avatar changes or META pickups.

Changing Avatars and Workers

Players can change deployed Avatars or adjust the number of hired workers while maintaining the team. When changes occur, the collected and accumulated META in the team is automatically transferred to the player's game account. If the player is using Extra Energy, changing Avatars consumes energy based on the total CP of the previous Avatars. However, for one hour after the change, no energy is consumed. For example, if a player places three Avatars with a total CP of 6,000 in a Meta Quest and has 100 Extra Energy, removing one Avatar from the party for an Avatar change consumes 12 energy (0.2% of total CP 6,000), leaving 88 Extra Energy. Afterward, adding another Avatar to the party within one hour does not consume energy.

Meta Quest End

When a Meta Quest ends, players can reclaim META, excluding the Avatar and worker compensation. If the player is using Extra Energy, energy is also consumed during this process.

Compete with other players

A Meta Quest team with efficient collection capabilities can gather a substantial amount of META. Collection efficiency is a comparative value between the team's collection abilities and those of other teams.

  • Collection Efficiency = My Team's Collection Ability / Total Collection Abilities of All Teams

  • Collection Ability = Avatar’s Total CP x (1 + Hired Workers) x Extra Energy Efficiency (100% ~ 150%)
